Some students must have thought it's funny to strangle the "sitting girl" with barrier tape from the construction site nearby.Well, maybe she even strangled herself, it must be hard to sit in the cold (in front of a frozen pond) in her light summer dress... =)
(If she seems familiar, yes, I introduced her to you in summer already.)

she doesn't look very comfortable -- maybe the tape will take the strain off her back.
Actually, I think the tape was put there officially, there are (were?) construction works going on at this building....
