One detail you will see twice a month in German cities are stacks of yellow bags. These contain all our plastic garbage that will be recycled.We have several recycling systems, the green ton for biological waste like food leftovers, a blue container for paper waste, and different glass containers for green, brown and clear glass. Also, normal containers for any other waste... veeeery annoying and complicated for foreigners moving her, but let's just assume the waste manufactures stick to the recycling system, so it's for a good cause. =)
