This is the SR tower. The Saarländischer Rundfunk is one of the biggest radio stations here, that you can also listen to online.This is not the sender's tower though, they are doing their radio shows from Halberg, in the East of Saarbrücken. I guess in this tower downtown there are some administrative offices.
