I took this picture today on a little photo trip in Burbach...Since the Saarland is known for its industrial culture, there are many factory buildings around. Many of them are still used, but some of them - like this one - merely a skeleton...

are those poppy flowers? interesting looking shell of a building - I wonder what it was used for.
Poppies are my favourite flower for brightening a situation. Wild and free, they tend to seed themselves in the most unlikely places. You managed to capture the sunlight forcing through the petals; just the way i like them. I'm going to post them v. soon!
