This restaurant might not look that inviting from the outside, but I can high-higher-sooo highly recommend this restaurant called Archipenko.They serve German cuisine and have many nice wines. They're located at the Saarland museum... make sure to make the owner tell you about the food you're eating - he knows a story about everything they serve - Wonderful atmosphere!!!
