This is a nice detail of the Saarbrücken Town Hall, the "Ratskeller" is the cellar of the town hall.I passed it and just loved the blue sky and the red stones.
And speaking of the blue sky - It's a wonderful day today!

Funny - we have a Ratskeller underneath the city hall as well...
ja, aber sagen wir doch nicht mehr ratskeller, sondern: König von Bayern. Auch wenn das saarland nicht bayrisch ist, obwohl es bayrisch-kohlhof gibt. kreis neunkirchen.
