Blue Lights

It was new to me that the Karstadt shopping centre has blue lights outside at night.
It has a very nice effect though it looks a bit surreal within the other warmly light shops and streets in the town centre.

We have had a blue building in town and yes, it creates a very strange atmosphere.
Is it blue every night or do they change colors?
