This is the Saarcenter at Wilhelm-Heinrich-Brücke. You can live in flats spread over 10 floors overlooking the river Saar, and there are several shops, bars, even a night club and several cinemas in the building.There are big advertisements along the building, a 11 metres high poster of Coca Cola, a big banner of Karlsberg beer (they're all over the town), and obviously the large Mercedes-star on top of the building.
