Centenary

Here's a piece of cake for you, because we're celebrating the 100th Daily City Blog!!!
It's been almost 2 months now when I started my Saarbrücken blog, and I'm really thankful for Eric for having this great idea and inspiring me to start it. I'm also happy about our great DP-community and the possibility to stay in contact with so many people from all over the world, learning about their culture and seeing their city in their eyes - something a tourist guide could never give you.
So here's a toast to all of you - on to the next 100! =)

Hey Matthieu,

I'm afraid it was a cake from the bakery, but I know how to do it! =)
It's a German Butterkuchen (buttercake), and the best recipe in English seems to be this one: Butterkuchen.

Oh, Kala: the real occasion was the birthday of a friend of mine, she brought some cake with her... But pssst! =)

Thanks for all your comments, that just shows how great this community is!

Love,
MoonSoleil
