We just came back from downtown, where we watched the football finals at Congresshalle.Yesterday, I was convinced that France should win, but after seeing the foul of Zidane in the 110th minute, I really thought the Italians deserved to win. Well, the got all the goals in the penalty, and won!
Congratulazioni again to all you Italians out there (the Saarland has the highest rate of Italians of all the German federal states, and they all seem to be on the streets partying!), we'll see you in the next World Cup! =)

I completely agree with you - I did not see the game in all its entirety but based on the news highlights, that head-butt to the opponents chest was completely flagrant and unnecessary - again who knows what happened prior to this and what instigated the action, but damn, if everyone stooped down to that level for any reason, this world would surely suck, hopefully, we can teach our kid athletes about better sportsmanship - so yay, WOOTS to Italia! And kinda glad I do not have to see anymore World Cup pics hahahahahaha
hehe, maybe france will be the Champion. Because the fifa has to decide if the italisans say some racistic thing, so they will be disqualified...
