Whoah, it's still hot and sunny here, so I thought I'll show you a bit of water to cool down today.
This is the river Saar that floats right through my town. The river boat in front is called "Vaterland" (fatherland or home country). It serves as a restaurant boat and has a big neon sign on its side, giving the official name of the location: "Schwimmschiff" (swim ship) - a kind of funny but weird name for me, because I expect a ship to swim. =)

Hallo MoonSoleil!
Tanks for your welcome message...
The fingertip is a massive painting in a wall! ;) I really like her...
I love rivers and boats...
Nice photo!
Oh I love dining on boats...though sometimes I get a bit dizzy. but the experience is always great :)
beautiful composition! thanks for the cooling down ;)
The reflection of the trees along the shoreline - so lovely.
Stay cool as you can.
Nice river, I was missing a refreshing image from people of north hemisphere. I wonder what kind of food that restaurant prepares.
And what is the typical food of your city? What is it made of?
Greetings from Perú
Have you tried anything from the menu on the boat? Looks like a fun place to eat.
